Do you ship Internationally & to military bases? TOP
Yes we do! Please remember that international shipments may take alittle longer to arrive due to different customs both internationally and on the military base, but we always provide tracking so that you can keep up with your package.
How soon will my order ship? TOP
Orders ship within 48 hours of the completed transaction.
What is the return policy? TOP
Here at curLUXE Naturals we do our best to satisfy our crew members therefore, we ask that you notify us if there is a discrepenacy with your order within 2 days of receiving your shipment if there is something missing from your package. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully.

What happens if the item is shipped to the wrong location? TOP
We will only send the package to the location that is provided by you. Make sure you check your shipping list TWICE to ensure proper delivery of the right products and the right location. Once the package is shipped everything is final. Therefore, we urge you to double check your list VERY VERY IMPORTANT. If we have to redeliver the package the shipping cost will your responsibilty.
